Sometimes have the most experianced safe does not mean the you will be successful. How do you motivate staff that have all the experiance and knowledge but you find that they have no drive to do more or go move a head. Help Help

Nicely put Dave.

I have been saving for few years now - it's not an issue for me right now. My affiliate earnings are 2x - 3x my day job earnings. My wife is in grad school right now so I'm going to have to wait 1 or 2 years anyway to go full time. But I hope by then affiliate marketing is not dead...lol

Hmmm, interesting dilemma.
It's is a scary thing to take the plunge, sometimes the thing we are most scared of, is the exact thing that we should do.

That said, it would be wise to to have built up savings before you leave your job, and that your level of affiliate earnings are at least equal to or more than your salary.

Good luck.

Well, I spend 10-11 hours a day at my day job including commuting. It leaves me 1-2 hours at night when I get back to basically do everything. I would like to put my day job on hold for few months to take my affiliate income 10x. But trouble is I've been at my present job for a year - good company, good benefits and so on. I only have 3-4 years of experience under my belt in my professional field. Something tells me I should wait out 1 or 2 years to get some experience before I risk going full time with affiliate marketing. But then again this is something I ponder about everyday and can't decide what I should do.
