		<description>you could be right, but it&#039;s wise to take google&#039;s suggestions ... I would think if you have an opt-in form and your site gets manually reviewed w/o a privacy policy, you could get slapped. 

Either way like you said, it only helps, so take the time and put it on there :)</description>

		<description>mmm... not so sure about the privacy policy helping QS - haven&#039;t seen any evidence on my sites or in any client work. Just anecdotal evidence (even some of Google&#039;s other statements have contradicted). 

That being said though, it&#039;s great for conversion rates which is enough reason to add it.</description>
