Same thing happened to me – only I forgot to put the negative keywords I wanted. And lost a little bit less money. It really sucked!

Ouch. $700 is a lot to lose over night. Please say the offer or product you was promoting converted well or at least close to breaking even.

Everyone is prone to these kind of mistakes. I once uploaded a campaign with 25 dollar as my max bid per keyword.

Yes, I was meaning to put $0.25 but forgot to type in the decimal point. Few hours later I check my status, my cost/conversion was something like $20.

I hate when this happens. I have read about it on several blogs before, you forget one setting and you end up largely in the whole. There are so many settings you can forget with Adwords too because so many exist. It is just a good reminder you have to be really careful. But I think you have learned your lesson
